    As you will be aware, DoingFlorida is currently spread across two different sites; DoingFlorida.com and DoingFloridaForums.com. We will soon be changing this so that everything will be together under one site; DoingFlorida.com.

    The vast majority of our members and visitors already view our daily news on the main DoingFlorida.com site (or via our Facebook page) rather than on the forum. From this week, the daily news will appear only on the main DoingFlorida.com site, and this forum will shortly be closed down. We want to thank all our members for your fantastic support over the past eleven years, it has been great to get to know so many fellow Florida fans! If you would be interested in joining a DoingFlorida Facebook Group please let us know - it would be great to keep the community together - we will start a thread in the Members Forum so you can let us know what you think.

    First stay at a Disney Hotel so VERY excited, so much so I was ready to check in on the 60 day mark. Loged on to My Booking and it let me do everything but when it came to room requests the pop up box gave options for entirely the wrong resort! I logged out and back in again and still a problem so phoned UK Disney no and she took ages to understand what I was saying, did confirm the dates and resort booking are correct but didn't know why the Resort Request box was wrong. She was useless, I had to tell her they were wrong and she said I was too early to check in anyway and it was 10 days before not 60....in the words of Judge Rinder.....STUPID!!!! I rang off in the end and decided to phone back and hope I get another person, I told her the problem and she put it all right quickly and within 5 mins it was all done! Hate it when you know more than they do and don't believe you!!!!!

    Blimmin jobsworth, I got an incompetent cast member when I rang to ask about fastpasses, she insisted that they never released extra ones , but lo and behold about 30 different dates/times came up.

    Glad you got it sorted, it bugs me too when you know more than the person in the other end of the phone!
