  2. Hi all – we just wanted to let you know about some changes coming …

As you will be aware, DoingFlorida is currently spread across two different sites; DoingFlorida.com and DoingFloridaForums.com. We will soon be changing this so that everything will be together under one site; DoingFlorida.com.

The vast majority of our members and visitors already view our daily news on the main DoingFlorida.com site (or via our Facebook page) rather than on the forum. From this week, the daily news will appear only on the main DoingFlorida.com site, and this forum will shortly be closed down. We want to thank all our members for your fantastic support over the past eleven years, it has been great to get to know so many fellow Florida fans! If you would be interested in joining a DoingFlorida Facebook Group please let us know - it would be great to keep the community together - we will start a thread in the Members Forum so you can let us know what you think.

It's the end of an era but the start of a new one and we very much hope you will join us!

Best Wishes from the DoingFlorida Team

Walmart tickets

I noticed on another thread that Walmart sell Disney park tickets. Now although I have my own non expiry ones, I do have a friend who is going out to Florida in mid June and was going to purchase their tickets whilst out there. So my questions are, do all Walmarts sell them? Do they sell only 1 day tickets or is there a choice and can you get hopper ones? Do they sell any tickets for other parks ie Universal? Plus is there a special place in store to buy these or can you purchase them at the checkout?
Oh and one last thing how do the prices compare to the 'on the gate' prices?

The one near where we stayed at Bahama Bay did. On the 27. I think they are multi-day tickets.

Walmart on the 27 has 2 entrances. Go in the entrance on the left and you will see the ticket booth on your left. Most Walmarts are laid out much the same so hopefully this will apply to other stores too.

Don't know the difference in price but Attraction Tickets Direct have an offer this month for free Legoland (Fl) tickets when you buy your themepark tickets through them. Think it ends tomorrow thoug

We purchased a one day hopper ticket for disney at the Walmart on the 27.
They sell universal and Seaworld too among other day trips.
These work out expensive compared to the uk ultimate tickets but are slightly cheaper than the gate prices. You do get a selection of different parks and amount of days. You pay at the ticket shop not the checkouts.
